Evolution continues to grow rapidly through major industrial and retail partners including MSC, Airgas, Grainger, The Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Menards, with increasing emphasis on both eCommerce and in-store growth.The OpportunityReporting to the Director of eCommerce, we are seeking a highly driven and strategic eCommerce Manager to lead performance across our North American digital channels, including Retail eCommerce (Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc.), Amazon, and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C). This role is responsible for owning channel revenue, managing a team of eCommerce specialists, and driving execution to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and strong leadership to unlock growth across multiple platforms.This is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with Marketing, Development, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to deliver best-in-class customer experience and profitable growth.Responsibilities:Own total revenue/margin performance across: Retail eCommerce (e.g., Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc.) Amazon (US, CA, MX), D2C website (US, CA, MX)Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targetsBuild and manage channel-level forecasts, KPIs, and performance dashboardsIdentify growth opportunities across channelsAnalyze key metrics including:Conversion rate (CVR)Traffic & acquisition channelsAverage order value (AOV)Contribution margin / profitabilityCustomer retention and lifetime value (LTV)Work with development and marketing teams to build a culture of test-and-learn (A/B testing, pricing tests, content optimization)Lead and develop a team of eCommerce specialists across each channelSet clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations aligned to company objectivesDrive accountability through regular performance reviews and business updatesCoach team members to improve analytical thinking, execution, and ownership mindsetRequirements5–8+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, or online retailExperience managing multiple channels (D2C required, Amazon, Retail eCommerce, highly preferred)Proven track record of driving revenue growth and hitting targetsExperience managing team membersAnalytical mindset comfortable working with data, dashboards, and KPIsStrong leadership able to motivate and develop a high-performing teamWays of Working:This is a full-time Hybrid role (3 Days in-office, 2 Days Work-from-home) with standard working hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.Benefits401K, Medical, Dental and VisionFlexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts (FSA/HSA)Life insurancePaid Time OffParental LeaveHybrid/Flexible Work ScheduleCompensation: $125,000 - $165,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
