Job DetailsDescriptionResponsibilities:
Responsible for the accurate quotation of TowHaul OEM parts
Responsible for processing and tracking of customer orders for TowHaul OEM parts
Work with engineering, systems, purchasing, and production teams to provide estimated lead times for delivery
Customer communication and follow up throughout the quotation and order process
Report problem areas to applicable internal team (service, engineering, sales, executive)
Responsible for developing strong client relationships
Position will require proactive calling on customers to consistently meet sales goals
Qualifications Required:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be proficient in MS Office, CRM
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of the organization
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to follow specific instruction, manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Must be able to work effectively with both internal and external customers
Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport
Qualifications Desired:
Ability to read, understand, and decipher parts manuals and technical drawings
Mechanical aptitude
Experience utilizing Epicor ERP software, or a similar ERP software
Experience using SolidWorks a plus
Foreign language skills a plus
