The work spans technology disputes, financial services litigation, consumer class actions, and broader commercial litigation for sophisticated clients.The practice offers the kind of training, judgment-building, and client exposure that can materially accelerate a litigator’s development — without losing the culture, collaboration, and sustainability that matter at this stage of a career.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport complex commercial litigation matters involving technology companies, financial institutions, consumer-facing businesses, and other sophisticated clients.Draft substantive motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery materials, and case strategy documents.Assist with all phases of litigation, including factual investigation, discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation.Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy, client communications, and day-to-day matter management.Help manage core components of class action and high-stakes commercial disputes in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.Top Requirements4–5 years of litigation experience.Background in complex commercial litigation, consumer class actions, financial services litigation, technology disputes, or related high-stakes civil litigation.Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.Experience managing discovery, drafting substantive motions, and supporting case strategy.Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to handle sophisticated client-facing work.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-performance but collaborative litigation practice.TL;DRMid-level litigation role in Los Angeles for a 4th or 5th year associate focused on complex commercial disputes, technology, financial services, and consumer class actions.
