Role Description Welch Design Studio is seeking a full-time Social Media Marketing Intern to join our on-site team in Manhattan Beach, CA. The intern will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and executing digital marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include planning and scheduling posts, monitoring and responding to audience engagement, analyzing social media performance metrics, and collaborating with the team to align marketing strategies with company goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content CreationExperience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategiesStrong Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiencyKnowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics toolsCreative mindset with an eye for detail and designAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site team environmentFamiliarity with architecture, interior design, or related industries is a plusCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
