A full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Petaluma, CA. This contract role supports K-12 students across a diverse caseload, with a start date ASAP through the end of the school year (EOSY).Key Responsibilities:Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in providing therapeutic services to students from kindergarten through 12th gradeSupport speech and language development through implementation of individualized treatment plansDocument student progress and collaborate with the school team to adjust interventions as neededMaintain compliance with school and state regulations related to speech therapy servicesQualifications:Experience as an SLPA, preferably within a school settingAbility to manage a K-12 caseload effectivelyStrong communication and organizational skillsCommitment to supporting student growth and developmentLocation:Petaluma, CaliforniaCompensation & Benefits:Pay range of $35-$44 per hour, based on experienceBenefits available for eligible employees
