Title: Customer Insights Analyst – Retail & Experience Analytics (Contract)Pay Rate: $50- $55/hrLocation: Austin, TX(Hybrid)Duration: 12-month assignmentHours: Full-TimeSummary:We are seeking a data-driven Customer Insights Analyst to support a global retail organization in delivering actionable, customer-centric insights. In this role, you will analyze customer feedback and behavioral data to uncover trends, inform business decisions, and enhance customer experiences.You will work within a fast-paced, collaborative team focused on amplifying the voice of the customer through data. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, skilled in storytelling, and comfortable working with large datasets to drive meaningful insights and recommendations.What You'll Do:Analyze quantitative data and qualitative customer feedback from ongoing survey programsSynthesize data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insightsTransform complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholdersDevelop presentations and communications tailored to various audiences, including leadership and frontline teamsPresent findings and recommendations through reports, meetings, and presentationsSupport custom research and analytics projects to inform customer experience strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with business objectivesWhat You Bring:3–5 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or a related quantitative fieldStrong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets (Snowflake experience preferred)Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or similar toolsSolid foundation in research methods, statistics, and survey data analysisStrong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insightsExperience working in ambiguous environments and structuring open-ended problemsStrong project management and time management skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsBonus Points If You Have:Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis or text miningExperience analyzing open-ended survey feedbackExperience supporting global or multi-region programsBackground in retail, technology, or customer experience analyticsAdvanced Excel skills for data analysis and formattingTCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
