This role involves validating software functionality, executing test cases, and supporting integration efforts within advanced engineering programs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute validation and verification test plansPerform HIL/SIL testing for embedded control systems and software featuresValidate system performance, functionality, and integration requirementsInvestigate failures and support root cause analysis activitiesCollaborate with software, systems, and hardware engineering teamsDocument test results, defects, and validation reportsSupport continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processesRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in V&V, testing, or systems validationStrong hands-on experience with HIL/SIL environmentsKnowledge of embedded systems and automotive software validation processesExperience with debugging and troubleshooting integrated systemsStrong analytical and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsAutomotive, off-highway, or large machinery experienceFamiliarity with ECMs, CAN tools, or diagnosticsExposure to software integration and verification activitiesExperience supporting complex engineering validation programsRegardsDurgadurga@cozentech.com
