DevOps Engineer

Clearance Requirements: Active Top Secret Location: Washington, DC (On-Site)Position Description: We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to support a high-profile Department of Justice project in Washington, DC. This on-site role requires managing and automating cloud infrastructure, deploying Kubernetes applications, and overseeing server administration within a secure AWS environment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in AWS, Kubernetes, Linux administration, and automation tools, with a passion for advancing in the DevOps space.Key Responsibilities:Deploy and manage Kubernetes applications across multiple environmentsDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for container updates, infrastructure rollouts, and application launchesAutomate Linux and Windows server administration tasks to increase efficiency and reliabilitySupport and optimize AWS cloud environments, ensuring they meet security and compliance standardsCollaborate with technical teams to improve infrastructure scalability, security, and automation processesRequired Qualifications:Active Top Secret Clearance (must be active prior to start)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Systems AdministratorProven hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments and administrationStrong knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or AWS Systems ManagerProficiency in Linux administration, shell scripting, and Windows PowerShellExpertise in containers and container orchestration technologies, especially KubernetesTop Requirements:Active Top Secret ClearanceAWS Cloud ExperienceKubernetes & Container OrchestrationLinux & Windows Server AdministrationAutomation & Scripting SkillsPay Range: $60-$70/hr About Seneca Resources: At Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm, we are a trusted career partner.
