This is a high-trust school safety position, not a generic post, designed for the Quiet Professional who can balance tactical readiness with calm mentorship, sound judgment, and restraint. What Youll DoMaintain a professional armed presence and conduct proactive campus patrols Use calm verbal de-escalation to manage conflicts and disruptions Act as a capable first responder during emergencies Build professional relationships while maintaining clear boundaries Write clear, factual incident reports and support operational excellence RequirementsMinimum five years of Armed Security experience Military, or law enforcement, or armed school security experience is a requirement PA Act 235 Certification and PA Concealed Carry Permit Must possess and qualify with your own firearm Ability to obtain all required K?12 clearances Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and professional demeanor No disqualifying criminal history PreferredCPR/First Aid/AED
