The Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers and architects. Daily tasks include using CAD software to draft designs, collaborating with engineering teams, reviewing and revising designs, and ensuring all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in CAD software and drafting toolsExperience in creating technical drawings and detailed plansStrong understanding of engineering and architectural principlesExcellent attention to detail and ability to review designs for accuracyGood communication skills and ability to collaborate effectivelyAbility to work on-site in Salem, ORRelevant technical certification or degreeExperience in the steel fabrication industry is a plus
