BookkeeperThe Upchurch Group | A Will Group CompanyThe Upchurch Group is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations and support leadership with accurate, timely reporting. As part of The Will Group, you’ll contribute to a growing organization serving the construction and utility industries.Key ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliationsSupport project-based billing (T&M, % complete, agency billing)Prepare financial reports, journal entries, and month-end closeMaintain compliance reporting (1099s, audits, insurance)Collaborate with finance and project teamsQualifications5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experienceStrong knowledge of AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reportingExperience with accounting software (Quicken preferred) and ExcelHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlinesCompensation & BenefitsGood Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $50,000 to $60,000 annually.
