```Duties```
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Knowledge of retail math and sales management principles
- Familiarity with automotive repair products is an asset
- Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
