You will play a key role in ensuring operational information is accurate, up-to-date, and properly reported to leadership.Responsibilities:Verify inventory, shipment, and order data within internal ERP and supply chain systemsAudit system entries for discrepancies and resolve inconsistenciesEnsure accurate data flow between transportation, procurement, and operations teamsMaintain digital documentation and standardized reporting formatsGenerate weekly reports for upper management utilizing ExcelCommunicate with internal departments to validate data inputsQualifications:Associates DegreeBachelors Degree (preferred)Microsoft Office experience (specifically Excel: experience with VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, etc.)Data driven, analytical, accurateAbility to meet deadlines in a fast paced environmentWillingness to learnCorporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Elk Grove Village, IL, is hiring a Supply Chain Assistant (Entry Level).
