Warehouse / Dispatch Assistant
Assist in purchasing, shipping, handling, and receiving operations. Will work under close supervision and guidance from Service Manager to complete the required job functions and tasks.
Part Time Hours:
Monday - Friday
11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities:
Purchasing
Shipping / receiving
Data entry
Inventory management
Maintain stock
Staging parts
General maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of warehouse
Electronics refurbishing (phones, etc...)
Schedule/Coordinate vehicle inspection, maintenance, and DMV renewals
On-site deliveries
Assist dispatcher with daily tasks
Qualifications:
Prior experience with shipping/receiving preferred
Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
MS Office Applications, Email, Word, Excel
Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Valid CA driver's license with a clean DMV record a must
Compensation: $12-15/hr, depending on experience
