This role is ideal for a highly skilled engineer passionate about infrastructure reliability, deployment automation, and cloud-native technologies. You will play a key role in driving technical strategy, improving platform resilience, and enabling scalable CI/CD solutions across hybrid cloud environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive technical strategy for deployment automation and infrastructure reliability.Ensure high availability, scalability, and operational excellence across infrastructure and deployment systems.Design, develop, and support automation platforms for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).Build and maintain backend automation services primarily using Python and Go.Manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments, including Microsoft Azure and on-prem/private cloud systems.Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and Ansible.Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to improve reliability, monitoring, and automation capabilities.Troubleshoot production issues and implement proactive solutions to improve system stability and performance.Required QualificationsStrong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.Proficiency in Python and/or Go development.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline automation and deployment tooling.Experience managing infrastructure in Azure and hybrid cloud environments.Expertise with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration platforms.Experience with system monitoring, logging, and reliability best practices.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in enterprise-scale or highly regulated environments.Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.Work EnvironmentHybrid work model with onsite presence required 4 days per week in Lake Mary, FL.Collaborative and fast-paced engineering environment focused on innovation and operational excellence.
