We have offices in Amherst and Barre, MA.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Farber and Lindley LLC located in the Barre, MA or Amherst location. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for conducting legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court and administrative proceedings. The Attorney will also participate in negotiations and mediations under the guidance of senior attorneys.QualificationsJD from an accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts BarExcellent research, analytical, and writing skillsDemonstrated knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to civil litigation and administrative lawAbility to work effectively under pressure, prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to exercise sound judgmentExperience in a law firm or similar legal environment is preferred
