Inventory Control Associate

Note: This description is for an Inventory Control Associate role at White Cap. Responsibilities Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing. Research and resolve issues, adjustments and discrepancies. Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures. Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy. Complete follow up to all previous inventory adjustments. Complete and review cycle counts. Maintain time control tables consistent with base tables, key and review allocations. Receive products from vendors to check for quality. Communicate potential quality issues to buyers. Maintain quality control and inventory control manuals. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Follow company safety policy and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Generally requires 2-5 years of related experience. Qualifications Experience: Generally 2-5 years in inventory control or a related field. Preferred: Forklift experience. Preferred: Spanish language proficiency. Preferred: Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle. Knowledge of construction and industrial products. Work Information Work Type: On-Site Functional Area: Sourcing Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $20.40-$28.10 hourly. California law requires salary posting for advertised jobs.
