Build and integrate REST APIs and manage batch processes. Create and optimize reports/dashboards to support business needs. Manage deployments using SFDX and CI/CD pipelines with Azure repositories. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement Service Cloud and Health Cloud features. Ensure performance tuning and best practices in Salesforce architecture. Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in Salesforce applications. Qualifications:10+ years of Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, REST API, and integrations. Experience with Service Cloud & Health Cloud. Hands-on with SFDX deployments and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with healthcare/pharmacy domain is a plus. Salesforce Developer certification(s) preferred.
