Enjoy a stable schedule with no weekends or on-call responsibilities, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful difference.Required Skills:Current valid LA Physical Therapist (PT) license or PTA licenseMinimum of 1+ years of specialized experience, including trauma, orthopedics, neuro, or medically complex patientsProven ability to independently manage a case load and collaborate within multidisciplinary teamsProficiency with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech Expanse, or WellskyStrong interpersonal skills and adaptability to various patient diagnoses and care settingsNice to Have Skills:Experience working with spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputees, and post-surgical orthopedic patientsAdditional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NIHSSPrior experience with hospital or outpatient rehabilitation environmentsFlexibility to support different patient populations or treatment modalitiesPreferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programAt least 1+ years of relevant clinical experience in specialized or complex patient careLicensure valid in Louisiana (current LA PT or PTA license)Other Requirements:Commitment to completing departmental orientations and training (2-3 days)No weekend shifts or holiday work expectedParking provided free of chargeProfessional attire required for outpatient settings; pewter scrubs for inpatientWorking hours typically run from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with schedules depending on location. Travel is generally not required, and no floating between facilities is expected unless specified.
