Studio Sales Manager
Row House is seeking an experienced General Manager to drive sales and facilitate operations for our brand new studio opening in a stunning location near you!Row House is a boutique rowing concept that strives to give people of all different fitness levels an efficient, high-cardio, full-body workout in less than one hour. It distinguishes itself from other group fitness concepts built on insecurity and competition by creating an environment that raises everyone up so they come together, rowing on the same rhythm, with the same flow and energy. Rowing has long been recognized by serious athletes as one of the most effective forms of full-body exercise and Row House's workout stays true to form. Targeting the upper body, lower body, and core all at once, the brand's fitness program offers an energetic, endorphin-boosting workout in a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment.Position:The ideal General Manager will oversee all Studio functionality from Sales to Instructors, however, 80-90 percent of the role is driving Sales, with 10-20 percent focused on studio staff management and operations.Responsibilities:Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and NetworkingImplement a sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classDrive membership sales through outside sales and business development effortsManage staff scheduleDirectly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory countsSupervise Sales Representatives and InstructorsHire/Manage all instructors at the studioProficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.Independently make decisions related to high-level customer serviceCollect out-standing duesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studioEnforce Row House policies and proceduresEnsure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visibleSchedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotionsStrategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studioAny other duties as assignedRequirements:2+ years of fitness sales experienceConfident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in salesAbility to work independently and collaborate with studio ownerAbility to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retailExcellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via emailAbility to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environmentAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgmentAn affinity and passion for fitnessHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, punctual, reliable and neatStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicProficiency with computers and Studio softwareCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary based on experience & performanceCommission paid on salesOpportunity to bonus, based on performanceUnlimited growth potential as well within the companyJ-18808-Ljbffr
