Senior Estimator

Job DescriptionA leading Residential Construction company in the area, is seeking an Estimator, to coordinate and lead their field team. This is a great opportunity with a leading and growing builder. If you are an Estimator, who can reliably deliver projects on time, on budget and that surpass expectations, let's talk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing project and bid strategies. You will do so by analyzing project proposals and historical cost data. Ultimately, your work will help us develop new business opportunities.ResponsibilitiesAttend bid meetings and develop and execute bid strategyPrepare thorough and timely cost analysisAnalyze project proposals to prepare budget and cost estimateGather, update, and review cost dataQualificationsResidential construction or Commercial construction estimating experience on all projects in any aspect of the build5 years experience estimating projects or relevant field experienceExperience in ERP systemsEstimating Software experienceAbility to work with a team as well as individuallyPreconstruction analyst for cost estimation, takeoffs, and vendor pricing experience is a plusPlease reach out to me for more information or send your resume directly to brey.owen@gogpac.com With questions call Brey Owen at 913-712-4383
