IT Technician

Job Description: We are currently seeking reliable and skilled IT Technicians to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining laptops and desktops. This is a field-based role requiring travel to customer locations to provide support and complete work orders. Key Responsibilities: Perform hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and repairs on laptops and desktop computers * Troubleshoot operating system * Replace components such as hard drives, motherboards, RAM, keyboards, screens, etc. * Perform imaging, configuration, and deployment of systems * Maintain documentation for each job completed (including photos, serial numbers, and logs) * Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members * Complete service calls within agreed timeframes and maintain service quality * Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in laptop and desktop repair (minimum 1–2 years preferred) * Familiarity with BIOS settings, system recovery, and virus removal * Ability to read and follow service manuals and instructions * Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills * Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license * Must have access to basic toolkits and a smartphone with internet access Join us in this exciting opportunity where you can contribute your expertise while growing your career in the IT field!
