This position is responsible for creating, editing, and producing high-quality presentations, light proposals, and marketing collateral, while helping manage the flow of requests from internal stakeholders.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong graphic design capabilities who can take direction, develop content independently, and execute deliverables with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.Reports to: Marketing ManagerEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Independently manage and execute the development of presentations, client deliverables, and light proposal materials for the Client Direct teamTranslate complex information into clear, visually compelling content aligned with SourceBlue's brand and messagingTake ownership of assigned tasks from concept through final production, including layout, formatting, and quality controlCollaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content, clarify needs, and ensure timely delivery of materialsMaintain and organize marketing files, templates, and content libraries to support efficient production and consistencyEdit and refine written content for clarity, tone, and accuracy across a variety of deliverablesSupport the creation and updating of resumes, project sheets, and other marketing assetsCoordinate multiple concurrent requests and priorities in a deadline-driven environmentAssist in developing standardized templates and processes to improve efficiency and scalability as the Client Direct business growsEnsure all materials meet brand standards and reflect a high level of professionalism and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications / SkillsStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPointAdvanced graphic design skill: Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality graphics and layouts with minimal directionExcellent written and verbal communication skillAgility in moving from one project to another seamlesslyHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independentlyExperience supporting business development, presentations, or proposals in a professional services environment preferredFamiliarity with construction, supply chain, or related industries is a plusQualifications: Minimum 4 year degree in marketing or related field plus 4 years of marketing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong Computer and IT Skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Works well with little supervision, display initiative, independent thinking and teamwork. Displays actions related to profitability. Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.
