Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to join our team! As a Barista, you will be the face of our brand, preparing beverages and ensuring our customers feel valued. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of Vogue Bubble Tea & Coffee Bar. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about the menu, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Beverage Preparation: Craft a variety of drinks, including bubble tea, espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks, following recipes and quality standards. Efficiency: Manage multiple orders simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing equipment and restocking ingredients. Cash Handling: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to take orders, process payments, and provide accurate change. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work environment. Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels and inform management of any shortages. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in a cafe or food service setting is preferred but not required—training will be provided. Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills, with attention to detail. Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting (up to 25 lbs). Attitude: A friendly, enthusiastic, and team-oriented demeanor.
