Job Summary:The Aggregate Processing Operator plays a vital role in managing the unloading, transport, and stockpiling of aggregate materials. This exciting opportunity requires a hands-on individual with experience in heavy equipment operation, strong mechanical abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality in the aggregate or mining sector. Key Responsibilities:Effectively operate a portable truck unloader to streamline the unloading process and efficiently feed materials into processing or stockpiling systems. Adjust and control a radial stacker conveyor for optimal stockpiling of aggregate materials. Continuously monitor material flow and equipment operations, making necessary adjustments to ensure safe and efficient functioning. Conduct daily inspections of equipment and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed. Ensure accurate sizing, sorting, and stockpiling of aggregates to meet production goals. Coordinate effectively with truck drivers, loader operators, and plant staff for seamless unloading and stacking. Maintain comprehensive records of materials unloaded and stockpiled. Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures. Be prepared to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while upholding productivity and safety standards. Assist with other duties within the aggregate plant as needed. Candidates who receive an employment offer must undergo and successfully complete a pre-employment physical examination.
