Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, remote role for a Help Desk Analyst. The role involves providing technical support for hardware and software issues, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting system and desktop computer problems, and delivering professional, timely solutions. The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for supporting internal and external stakeholders by maintaining a comfortable user experience for all technology-related processes.QualificationsProficient in Technical Support and Help Desk SupportExperienced in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesFamiliarity with Desktop Computers and related IT systemsSkilled in providing exceptional Customer Support and maintaining user satisfactionStrong communication skills with an emphasis on clear and effective problem resolutionAbility to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectivelyPrior experience in a similar technical support or Help Desk role is a plusA background in computer science, IT, or related technical field is beneficial
