Driver/Lead Cook -- Grub Wandering Kitchen

Grub is a late night food truck in Moscow, serving scratch made macaroni and cheese, tacos and burritos. We've been serving the community for over 12 years. Overview: We are currently seeking a responsible and reliable candidate for Driver/Lead Cook. Duties: - Communicate effectively with customers, crew members and owner - Effectively manage staff - Prep/load food and supplies onto the truck - Serve as a line cook or at other various positions on the truck during service - Unload and cleanup at end of night Skills: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to pump out food fast and accurately as a line cook - At least 2 years experience in fast paced commercial kitchen - Attention to detail and pride in your performance - Strong time management skills - Valid drivers license with good driving record - Age 21 or older What we offer: - A fun, light-hearted but professional environment - $22-$24/hr. to start + scheduled raises and yearly bonus. - 3-day weekends every week - Your hours: Wednesday through Saturday 7:30pm to around 3-4am - 5 weeks vacation - Closed all holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 37 per week Benefits: Food provided Work Location: In person
