Job Description Concrete Foreman Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced, potentially bilingual Concrete Foreman to lead field crews and oversee daily concrete operations from start to finish. This role is responsible for executing work according to plans and specifications while maintaining a safe, productive, and organized jobsite. The Foreman serves as the front-line leader for crew performance, communication, quality control, and daily reporting.The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, keep projects moving efficiently, and uphold high standards for safety, professionalism, and workmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesCrew Leadership & CommunicationLead and direct daily activities of concrete crews with clear expectations and accountabilityCommunicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking team membersTranslate project plans, safety requirements, and work instructions as neededPromote teamwork, professionalism, and a strong work ethic on the jobsiteMentor crew members and support skill developmentProject ExecutionExecute concrete work according to project plans, specifications, layout, elevations, and Superintendent directionMonitor daily production and ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficientlyIdentify potential issues early and communicate solutions before they impact schedule, quality, or budgetSupport quality control standards throughout all phases of workJobsite & Equipment ManagementMaintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all timesEnsure tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and securedInspect equipment regularly and report any damage, safety concerns, or maintenance needs immediatelyCoordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and weekly load lists with the SuperintendentReporting & DocumentationAccurately track daily labor hours and crew productivityComplete and submit daily reports detailing work completed, labor, equipment usage, quantities, delays, and jobsite issuesPrepare weekly load lists for materials, tools, and equipment needsAssist with documentation related to change orders and T&M workQualificationsPrevious experience as a Concrete Foreman or similar construction leadership roleAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsBilingual in English and Spanish preferredStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsKnowledge of concrete forming, placement, finishing, and safety practicesAbility to manage crews, schedules, and production goals in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
