Recruiting Coordinator (Temp Contractor)Hybrid: Fairfield Count, NYExpected Duration: Now-November 2026The TeamThe Recruiting team supports both experienced hiring and campus recruiting initiatives, playing a key role in attracting and onboarding talent across all levels of the organization—from interns and entry-level candidates to seasoned professionals.The Role The firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator (temporary contractor) to support day-to-day recruiting operations. Responsibilities include:Coordinating high-volume interview scheduling across multiple teams, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewersManaging candidate communications, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-upsBuilding and maintaining interview schedules, including real-time adjustments during onsite interview daysProviding onsite support during interview days, including greeting candidates and ensuring smooth executionAssisting with planning and logistics for campus recruiting events and interview programsCoordinating event operations such as venue management, catering, materials, and executionSupporting internship program logistics and related eventsArranging candidate travel and accommodationsProcessing candidate reimbursements and vendor paymentsMaintaining accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking systemDelivering a high-quality experience to both internal stakeholders and external candidatesCommunicating effectively with hiring managers, recruiters, and external partnersAssisting with ad hoc HR and recruiting-related projects as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree required1–3+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role; experience in financial services is a plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional demeanor with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExperience with project coordinationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook)Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) is a plusEqual Opportunity Statement The company is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants without regard to legally protected characteristics.
