Legal Administrative AssistantArcher & Greiner, P.C. is seeking an experienced, full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to join its Hackensack office. This position supports attorneys in a busy litigation practice and requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and a collegial, team-oriented work environment. ResponsibilitiesThis position includes, without limitation, the following core duties: Provide administrative support to attorneys, including preparation and processing of legal documents Manage e-filing in NJ and NY State Courts and the U.S. District Court Maintain case files, calendars, and related documentation Coordinate deadlines and ensure timely submission of court filings Draft correspondence and other legal documents as directed Perform additional administrative duties and overtime as required QualificationsQualified candidates must have: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a legal administrative assistant Litigation experience, including e-filing in NJ and NY State Courts and the U.S. District Court Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Salary and BenefitsArcher & Greiner, P.C. offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience.
