This role focuses on building and enhancing platforms across Investment Management and Private Markets (Private Equity & Private Credit).This is a high-visibility role working closely with business, data, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive product roadmap for Investment Management & Private Markets platformsPartner with Investment, Operations, Fund Accounting, and Technology teams to define product requirementsTranslate complex financial workflows into clear user stories and product featuresLead product initiatives across:Investment operations workflowsFund accounting & transaction lifecycleMarket & security reference dataData ingestion, mapping, and distributionEnsure accurate data management and mapping across multiple systemsCollaborate with engineering teams on SQL-based data analysis, validation, and reconciliationSupport integration of reference data into investment and accounting platformsAct as SME for private market transactions (capital calls, distributions, valuations)Support data governance, reporting, and audit requirementsRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner / BA in Financial ServicesStrong experience in Investment Management & Investment OperationsDeep knowledge of Private Markets (Private Equity & Private Credit)Solid understanding of Fund Accounting & transaction lifecyclesExperience with Market & Security Reference DataHands-on experience with data management and system integrationsStrong SQL skills (data analysis, validation, troubleshooting)Experience working in Agile environments with engineering/data teamsStrong communication skills across business and technical stakeholders
