The platform integrates CRM, AI chat and voice agents, omni-channel messaging, appointment scheduling, and marketing automation, empowering clients to run smarter operations without complex infrastructure. The client works closely with resellers and partners and is expanding its operations in the Latin American market.About the Role:The GoHighLevel Implementation Specialist will work hands-on to deploy, configure, and optimize customer environments on the platform. The role combines technical implementation, client onboarding, workflow automation, and AI-driven solutions. Candidates should be comfortable building and customizing workflows, integrating external systems, and delivering real-time results for small business clients. This is a client-facing role with a consultative approach, requiring problem-solving and independent execution.Responsibilities:Implement and configure GoHighLevel environments for customers.Build and optimize automation workflows, including triggers, actions, and AI agents.Manage omni-channel messaging: SMS, email, WhatsApp, and other integrations.Set up appointment scheduling systems and reminders.Support CRM configuration and pipeline management.Assist with AI chat and voice agent creation for customer interactions.Integrate external tools and APIs (Zapier, Make, third-party software).Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support during onboarding.Collaborate with project managers and other team members to deliver end-to-end solutions.Maintain documentation and reporting for client deployments.Requirements:Must-Have:2–3 years of practical experience in hands-on implementation roles with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation platforms.Strong experience in automation workflows, triggers, and actions.Ability to configure AI chat or voice agents and manage appointment scheduling workflows.Advanced English (read, write, and speak) for client-facing interactions.Problem-solving mindset and ability to independently deliver solutions.Nice-to-Have:GoHighLevel certification.Experience with WhatsApp API, Twilio, SIP/VoIP, or call center workflows.Background in marketing automation, Google Ads, or reputation management.Experience integrating external systems and APIs (Zapier, Make.com, Twilio, etc.).HTML/CSS for minor customizations.Benefits and Work Model:Salary range: $1,000–$2,000 USD/month, depending on seniority and experience.100% remote contractor position, part-time (20 hours/week).PTO + U.S. holidays observed.Flexible working hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Time for client interaction.If you are a hands-on automation specialist with a proven track record in GoHighLevel or similar platforms, and you enjoy implementing solutions that make businesses run smarter, we encourage you to apply.
