Data Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for structured and unstructured dataBuild and optimize data architectures and data modelsWork with data lakes, warehouses, and big data technologiesEnsure data quality, integrity, and security across systemsCollaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teamsImprove system performance and scalabilityAutomate data workflows and monitoring processesRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong experience with SQL and database designProficiency in Python, Scala, or JavaHands-on experience with ETL tools and frameworksExperience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud PlatformKnowledge of data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)Familiarity with Apache Spark, Kafka, or HadoopUnderstanding of data modeling and pipeline optimizationPreferred QualificationsExperience with real-time data streamingKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExposure to data governance and complianceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
