We are seeking a motivated Jr. Legal Invoice Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for efficiently auditing electronic legal fee and expense invoices, ensuring compliance with billing guidelines, and providing valuable insights to our legal and business teams. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in legal billing, regulations, and process improvement within a collaborative environment. Required Skills: Approximately 6 months of legal billing/paralegal experience (conversion rate applicable) Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and evaluate legal invoices Exceptional attention to detail and discretion Proficiency in legal terminology and familiarity with legal billing guidelines Ability to exercise sound judgment and make accurate adjustments Excellent computer skills and quick learner of auditing software Effective organizational skills to manage multiple invoices efficiently Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members Nice to Have Skills: Experience with UTBMS task codes Knowledge of multijurisdictional legal claims and legal terminology Prior experience working with electronic billing submissions Preferred Education and Experience: Paralegal certification or equivalent experience strongly preferred At least 6 months of hands-on legal billing or invoice auditing experience Other Requirements: Hybrid work environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Attention to accuracy and compliance in all task Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
