Tri-City Fire Protection is currently seeking a Fire Protection Sprinkler Fitter in Des Moines, IA.Main DutiesLead assigned projects and apprentice team members to ensure that all deadlines are met with regard to installation, service, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems for customers. Layout and install fire protection systemsMeasure and mark pipes for cutting and threadingModify current sprinkler systemsQualificationsMinimum of 5 years experience as a Sprinkler FitterPrior experience managing construction projectsExcellent communication skills verbal, and writtenAbility to read blueprintsTrack record of success completing projects on schedulePreferred: Foreman/Journeyman Level - through National local 669Lifting 50+ lbs.Work on ladders and elevated surfacesWork in small spacesWork in a fast-paced, construction environmentMust be 18 years oldAbility to travelQualified candidates should submit a summary of their qualifications as well as a resume.
