Deskside Support Installation TechnicianApex Systems is a world-class technology services firm delivering innovative solutions that support our clients' digital transformation initiatives. We are currently seeking Deskside Support Installation Technicians to support a well-known organization through a large-scale, nationwide IT device refresh for corporate employees. This is an onsite role requiring travel to client locations throughout the surrounding area. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable driving between sites. This is initially a contract position, with the potential for conversion to a permanent role following the successful completion of the project.Responsibilities:Install and integrate laptops, printers, scanners, workstations, routers, and switchesPerform basic troubleshooting and problem resolution during installationsEducate end users on new systems and equipmentClean up materials and prepare legacy devices for pickup and shipmentProvide professional, customer-focused support at all locationsTraining will be providedRequirements:IT support, hardware installation, or technical training preferred but not requiredStrong trainability with the ability to quickly learn and work within new systems and processesStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service mindsetComfortable traveling locally to install sitesMust have reliable personal transportationCommitment to seeing the project through its full durationIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply or email your resume and best contact number to Rich Pinapfel at rpinapfel@apexsystems.com.
