Major companies retire thousands of servers, storage systems, and networking gear every year — we take that hardware in at our Winston-Salem facility, tear it down, and either resell the working components back into the supply chain or recycle what's at end-of-life. Real work, real volume.About The RoleWe're hiring warehouse technicians to break down server and electronics hardware. If you've worked with hand and power tools — whether on cars, appliances, machinery, or on a manufacturing line — and you like methodical, hands-on work, you'll do well here. No IT or server background required. We'll train you on the equipment. What we can't train is showing up on time, working safely, and paying attention to what you're doing.What You'll DoTear down servers, storage arrays, and tape libraries using hand and power toolsPull and sort components — drives, memory, processors, cables, boards — for resale or recyclingLabel and scan parts into our inventory system as you workFollow our teardown procedures and ESD safe-handling practices (we'll train you on these)Manage cables and small parts through the teardown processKeep your work area clean, organized, and safeHelp unload incoming shipments and stage finished material for outboundRequirementsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDComfortable using hand and power tools (screwdrivers, ratchets, drivers, drills) — from any background, whether automotive, construction, manufacturing, military, appliance repair, or hobby workAble to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for most of the workday, and bend/reach into equipment during teardownAttention to detail and comfort with methodical, repetitive workReliable attendance and a strong work ethicAuthorized to work in the United StatesPreferred Qualifications (nice To Have, Not Required)Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, automotive, military maintenance, or hands-on technical roleFamiliarity with electronics, IT hardware, or ITADExperience with ESD-safe handling, asset labeling, or inventory trackingExperience using an ERP or warehouse management system (Acctivate, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)Forklift certification (a plus — we'll train if needed)BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance401(k) with company matchingPaid time offOpportunities for growth and advancement
