Program Director
The Program Director must have a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred, in non-profit management, business administration, or related field and five years of program management experience in a
leadership role. Experience working on resettlement programs are strongly preferred. Excellent organizational,
analytical, and humanitarian problem-solving experience. At least three years of direct service experience
working with refugees, migrants or other vulnerable population is required. Spanish proficiency preferred but not required.
Provide leadership, strategic guidance and quality assurance to teams • Supervise staff to ensure the quality and timeliness of program deliverables • Ensure coordination among the teams to ensure participants receive appropriate and smooth services • Meet with OMS Program Manager on a weekly basis and provide written progress reports based on metrics; Join ad hoc meetings to support leadership decision making • Collaborate with DHS Team to implement strategies including the development of inter- and intra-agency relationships that support the continuum of services to clients • Participate in Providers meeting • Act as a liaison with OMS partners and stakeholders to build relationships and to promote the success of the Case Management/Resettlement Program. • Ensure that the Agency is following all District policies and procedures related to Office of Migrant Services programming • Conduct monitoring of program performance on a regular basis • Review all invoices and payments made as part of the program including financial assistance, reimbursements, and vendor payments (e.g., sub Providers, utilities, landlords) • Provide overall internal and external coordination of teams and clear communication of program goals, processes and accomplishments

Pay: $94,642.00 - $105,086.00 per year
