We’re looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic/Technician to join our team and keep our specialized fleet running at peak performance.If you’re a skilled diesel mechanic who loves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment, we want to hear from you!What You’ll Do:• Perform major repairs and overhauls on diesel vehicles and equipment (powertrain, electrical, hydraulics, brakes, steering, PTO, A/C, fuel systems, etc.)• Conduct thorough inspections, diagnostic testing, and test drives• Complete preventive maintenance and component upgrades to maximize equipment uptime• Maintain detailed service records and work orders in company systems• Keep the shop clean, organized, and well-stocked• Participate in pre-trip and post-trip inspections• Troubleshoot and maintain shop equipmentWhat We’re Looking For:Required:• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Diesel Mechanic/Technician• Clean Motor Vehicle driving record• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills• Proficient with computers and Microsoft software• High school diploma or equivalent• Ability to lift 100+ lbs and work in various positions for extended periodsA Plus:• Aerial lift & boom truck experience• CDL license• Experience leading or mentoring othersSchedule & Benefits:• Full-time position with 8–12 hour shifts (day and night available)• Flexible schedule with overtime when needed• Occasional weekends and overnight travel may be required• Competitive hourly pay up to $45.00 based on experience• After 90-day probationary period: Health Insurance + 401(k)We’re a Drug-Free workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.If you’re a reliable, self-motivated mechanic who takes pride in your work and wants to be part of a growing company that supports critical infrastructure projects, apply today!How to Apply: Send your resume and a brief note about your diesel mechanic experience to amy@allaccessrigging.com or message me directly.Location: Chester, MD (In-person)Keywords: Diesel Mechanic, Diesel Technician, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Truck Mechanic, Hydraulic Mechanic, Aerial Equipment
