Technical and Trade SchoolsElectronics and Appliance RetailersElectronic and Precision Equipment Repair and MaintenanceHousehold Appliances and Electrical and Electronic Goods Merchant WholesalersJunior CollegesJob OverviewFlexa Systems is looking for a motivated Junior Industrial Electronics Technician to join our industrial repair team.This is a hands-on technical position working around industrial electronic equipment including VFDs, servo drives, PLCs, HMIs, and power supplies.The role is designed for someone with basic electronics knowledge, soldering experience, or strong technical/electronic aptitude who wants to build a long-term career in industrial electronics repair.You will begin by assisting senior technicians with equipment preparation, disassembly, component replacement, testing support, and shop operations while learning real-world industrial electronics diagnostics and repair.This is not a consumer electronics position. Work involves industrial power electronics and automation equipment.Ideal candidateWe are looking for someone who:Has basic electronics knowledge or prior technical trainingUnderstands basic electrical concepts and electronic componentsHas experience with soldering or working with tools/equipmentIs mechanically and technically inclinedWants to grow into advanced industrial electronics troubleshootingIs comfortable learning around industrial high-voltage equipmentMinimum QualificationsBasic understanding of electronics or electrical systems requiredAbility to identify common electronic components (capacitors, resistors, relays, etc.)Comfortable using hand tools and basic electrical toolsMust be willing to learn technical troubleshooting and repair processes What you’ll do:• Disassemble and reassemble industrial equipment• Replace basic electronic components• Assist with testing and diagnostics• Learn soldering and rework techniques• Organize and support repair workflow• Work around real industrial automation systemsRequirements:• Strong willingness to learn• Comfortable working hands-on with tools and equipment• Reliable and detail-oriented• Able to work on-site in Lewisville, TXThis role can grow into a full industrial electronics troubleshooting and repair position for the right candidate.Pay:$13–$17/hour depending on experience and technical background.Location:Flexa Systems LLC860 Hembry St, Suite 401Lewisville, TX 75057To apply, send your resume to:office@flexa-systems.com
