A POS Specialist is responsible for helping new merchants realize and customize their POS system to efficiently run their business. He/She is a technician who helps new merchants to implement menu, software configuration, hardware installation & POS basic training. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Client menu implementation. Provide clients POS foundation training. Familiar with products and services thoroughly to perform system configuration. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional customer service. Manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment. Update CRM with inquiries and resolutions. Qualifications Must be fluent in English and Chinese Restaurant and/or customer service experience is a plus. Possess strong communication skills and have a positive attitude. Have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
