Job Description Master&#39;s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. This role involves managing caseloads that include Supported Education, Multi-needs, and Speech-only students. It is ideal for professionals with certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), including those with SLP - CCC or SLP - School credentials.Key Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students across various needsManage 1.5 caseloads, including Supported Education, Multi-needs, and Speech-only studentsCollaborate with educational staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)Monitor and document student progress effectivelyParticipate in team meetings and parent communications as requiredQualifications and Skills:Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), with SLP - CCC or SLP - School highly preferredExperience working in school settings with diverse student populationsAbility to manage complex caseloads efficientlyStrong communication and team collaboration skillsPosition Details:Location: Chicago, ILSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:40 PM, 37.5 hours per weekContract type: Full-time contract available through 5/22/26; part-time option available temporarily until 3/27/25Immediate start date preferredThis role offers the opportunity to work full-time in a supportive educational environment with a stable schedule.
