Location: Plymouth, MN (Onsite)Shift: 2nd Shift | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AMDuration: Contract through 06/25/2027Job Summary:We are seeking an Operator I to support the manufacturing of high-quality medical devices in a regulated production environment. This role involves assembly, repair, testing, inspection, and documentation activities related to medical device components and assemblies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to follow written procedures, and committed to maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.Responsibilities:Perform assembly, repair, testing, and inspection operations on medical devices and related components.Follow standardized work instructions and manufacturing procedures.Maintain accurate production, quality, and traceability documentation.Ensure all manufacturing records are complete and up to date.Operate within established Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements.Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software to record production activities.Follow safety procedures and utilize required personal protective equipment.Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.Communicate production issues, ideas, and solutions effectively with supervisors and team members.Support departmental quality, productivity, and operational goals.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Work collaboratively within a team-oriented manufacturing setting.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required.Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions.Minimum reading and comprehension level equivalent to 7th grade.Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic documentation systems.Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components and parts.Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks.Ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision.Manufacturing, assembly, production, medical device, electronics, or cleanroom experience is a plus.Preferred Experience:Medical device manufacturingAssembly and production workQuality inspectionElectronics assemblyCleanroom environmentsLean ManufacturingGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Documentation and traceability processesWork Environment:This position operates in a highly regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
