The focus is structuring a scalable, optimized data management/data quality management platform for the organization. The initial phase of this effort is going Live in the next few weeks. However, the next set of phases include integration of other source systems including SAP, SFDC, Infor LN as well as directly working through Customer and Contact data. We have current consultants on this team. This is a long term project.Top Skills:MDM Business Systems Analyst, strong SQL/query experience, data profiling, data investigation, data governance.Job Requirements:• Business analyst with focus in data management and data quality management • Experience working with Informatica MDM (especially SaaS MDM) a plus • Familiarity with data quality management lifecycle and its relation to data governance, business value outcomes • Experience in data profiling, data investigation, interpreting data patterns and inferring/proposing data rules based on patterns, data mapping, understanding of data harmonization concepts • Experience working with enterprise data sets for Customer and Contact data including SAP, Salesforce, Infor LN • Understanding of database structures, relationships, and data integration concepts. • Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data. • Experience dealing with global solutions where localization and central governance policy needs to be defined based on business objectives • Experience and depth of understanding of medical technology/life sciences commercial business desired • Experience in designing reporting hierarchies for commercial sales and distribution, both the data model and the maintenance process • Able to work independently and proactively with limited direction and strong attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey requirements and findings to stakeholders. • Ability to create detailed documentation, including data quality assessments, business requirements, and technical specifications. • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders. • Experience in facilitating, eliciting and documenting business requirements in user stories format. • Familiarity with Agile methodology • Proficiency with non-English languages a plusThank youMahesh SanaEA Team INC.
