Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies that enhance creator engagement. Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for growth in our creator community. Assist in the creation of content and resources that support our creators. Manage communication with creators, ensuring their needs and feedback are addressed promptly. Support the planning and execution of events and initiatives aimed at fostering community. Requirements Proven experience in a related field, preferably within the content creation or digital marketing sectors. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Passion for supporting creators and understanding their needs. Nice to have Experience working with social media platforms and content management systems. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in event planning or community management.
