Mainframe Database Administrator

Job Title/Role Name- Database Administrator (Mainframe, DB2)Experience level- 10 + yrsMust have skills- VSAM, DB2, COBOL data structuresPreferred skills: -JCL Development-Strong hand-on-experience with IBM DB2 for Z/OS and/or Datacom/DB in an application-focused (developer-aligned) capacity.- Experience working with VSAM datasets and legacy mainframe data structures- Proficiency in SQL tuning and query optimization (DB2)- Solid experience with JCL development and troubleshooting-Familiarity and mainframe data extraction/ unload utilities and batch processing- Understanding of COBOL data structures and how applications interact with DB2/ Datacom
