Position Overview We are seeking Specialized Tutors to support students in their homes or at school/reservation sites. Your role will involve one-on-one or small group tutoring tailored to each learner's needs using adaptive, formative, and evidence-based techniques. Responsibilities Deliver individualized, in-home tutoring that prioritizes academic mastery. Use social-emotional learning (SEL) techniques to foster student confidence. Support progress toward academic goals through targeted instruction and engagement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Experience tutoring 9th gradestudents in ELA and Algebra. Valid California Teaching Certification. Comfort working in-home. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Commitment to empowering academic excellence. Schedule & Pay Flexible afterschool hours Between 4pm and 7pm $25/hour Note: 2 hours per week, 1 hour sessions Why Join Us?
