This role supports efficient inventory operations, drives process improvements, and ensures alignment with quality, safety, and on-time delivery standards.🔹 What You Will DoProvide daily guidance, mentorship, and support to inventory team membersSupport inventory operations including cycle counts and full physical countsIdentify, investigate, and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system inventoryTrack and report inventory metrics and performance trendsMaintain accurate inventory records and documentationCreate Bills of Lading as neededSupport administrative tasks including reporting and data trackingPartner with leadership to resolve operational issues and improve processesEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality proceduresPromote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment🔹 What You Will BringEducation & Experience:High School diploma or equivalent requiredExperience in inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferredPrevious experience in a lead or team support role is a plusSkills & Abilities:Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to perform basic mathematical calculations🔹 How You Will Be SuccessfulBuilding Relationships: Work collaboratively to support team and inventory operationsChallenging the Expected: Identify issues and improve inventory processesIntegrity and Respect: Maintain accurate and reliable inventory recordsDedicated to Quality and Safety: Follow all safety and quality standards🔹Why Join MPG?Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, is the largest trading card printer in the world.
