Location: Fall River, MASchedule: Monday?Friday, daytime hours (4?5 days/week)Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: $115k-$160kOverview:A well-established, physician-owned multispecialty group in Southeastern Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy Family Medicine practice. The practice includes one physician and several experienced APPs and is part of a larger, collaborative campus of medical providers and services. This is a Monday through Friday role with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have several years of experience in primary care, with the ability to work confidently and independently. Fluency in Portuguese is highly desirable given the local patient population. What You?ll Do: Provide direct outpatient care to adult and adolescent patients in a team-based Family Medicine practice Work collaboratively under the supervision of a Family Medicine physician Manage routine exams, preventive care, chronic conditions, and acute visits Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR (eClinicalWorks) Participate in ongoing care coordination with in-house specialists and diagnostic services What We?re Looking For: Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts Current DEA license and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration Minimum of 4?5 years of primary care experience strongly preferred Confidence in independent patient care and sound clinical judgment Strong communication skills and professional maturity Fluency in Portuguese is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $115,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
