Sourcing Manager/contract management, supplier relationship management//RFI/RFP

Sourcing Manager Duties: - Implement Corporate led Category Strategy for fast paced complex, Marketing & Sales categories within the local US organization. - Bring potential innovation to client and local market intelligence. - Identify, evaluate, and classify sourcing risks and devise risk mitigation measures; manage risk exposure. - Identify and evaluate existing and potential local suppliers as well as the establishment and maintenance of supplier relations. - Use Business Review Meeting and KPI leverage to resolve potential issues at an early stage. - Manage local Business Partners actively and collaborate to align common goals. - Coordinate Business Partner demands within Sourcing and ensure that relevant information is shared, and Business Partner is supported adequately. - Optimize buying channels and leverage market opportunities. - Leverage sourcing tools (including e-sourcing or reverse-auction, parallel negotiation, etc.) - Negotiate, review, and execute contracts; maximize usage of Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Frame Services Agreements (FSAs) as possible. - Oversee the Supplier performance management program for assigned categories. - Incorporate supplier diversity in assigned categories. - Potentially lead and drive regional sourcing projects. - Coach on sourcing policies and procedures.
